Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Department

The Aircraft Maintenance and Repair Department aims to teach students the technical skills required for the maintenance and repair of aircraft and the aviation industry in general. Within this scope, the program aims to provide education in accordance with the European Union Standards, SHT-147/SHT-66/EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Personnel Regulation, and SHT-147/SHT-66/EASA Part-147 Aircraft Maintenance Training Organizations Regulation, as determined by the Council of Higher Education (YÖK). Students who successfully graduate from the department are awarded the "Recognized School Certificate" approved by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation.

Throughout their undergraduate education, students gain practical knowledge and skills in the maintenance and repair of aircraft systems. They learn to comply with international safety and quality standards in aircraft maintenance and repair processes. The program is continuously updated to keep pace with technological developments in the aviation industry, offering students the opportunity to use state-of-the-art equipment and learn modern maintenance and repair techniques.
