History

Istanbul Gelisim University Banking and Insurance Department Turkish Undergraduate Program started its activities in the 2013-2014 academic year. It is aimed to train conscious technical staff who can apply all the necessary stages in the banking and insurance sectors, who can always renew themselves with up-to-date information and who can meet the needs of the sector in the field, and scientists who are suitable for academic progress.

 

Aiming to train well-equipped staff in one of the most popular professions of our time, the curriculum of the Banking and Insurance Department has been created in accordance with the European Credit Transfer System (ECTS). Courses in accordance with internationalization standards are given theoretically and practically. In addition, internship opportunities are offered to our Banking and Insurance Department students.
