Prof. Dr. Sezer Cihan Kesken, Head of the Department of Aviation Management at the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Istanbul Gelisim University, attended the 7th Aviation, Space, and Psychology Congress held at Bahçeşehir University together with Aysel Merve Kuş, a graduate of the Aviation Management Master’s Program at Istanbul Gelişim University.
Within the scope of the congress, Prof. Dr. Sezer Cihan Kesken and Aysel Merve Kuş presented their paper titled “The Effect of Decision-Making Styles in Flight on Burnout Levels: A Study on Pilot Students,” sharing their research findings with the participants.
