Organized by the Faculty of Economics, Administrative and Social Sciences at Istanbul Gelisim University in collaboration with Rumeli University, the workshop was held on 23 May 2025 (Friday), on the 17th floor of Block K. The event took place between 10:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., bringing together scholars, industry professionals, and students to explore contemporary developments in the field of cooperativism.
Within the scope of the workshop, the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul Gelisim University made a distinctive contribution. Participants were hosted in the university’s Applied Kitchen Area in Block C, where meticulously curated culinary presentations were offered. The dishes were thoughtfully prepared by Assist. Prof. Dr. Elif Cemre Özaydın, along with Kitchen Supervisors Chef Didar Başgöze and Chef Yiğit Can Yeşil. The integration of gastronomy and culinary arts into the academic setting was met with great appreciation by the attendees.
