Department Academic Staff Asst. Prof. Rehab Ahmed Mohamed Elgamil contributed to the study titled ‘Empowering Impact: The Influence of Charismatic Leadership via Corporate Social Responsibility on Employee Quality of Life in Hotels’, which examines how charismatic leaders in the hospitality industry affect the quality of life of employees through corporate social responsibility (CSR) practices. In this context, the research contributes to academic knowledge by revealing important findings on leadership and employee satisfaction in the field of hospitality.
In recent years, the hospitality industry attaches great importance to corporate social responsibility and leadership approaches. The study analyses in detail how charismatic leaders increase employee motivation and job satisfaction in hotel businesses. Research results show that this leadership model contributes to employees to be more productive and happy at work. The article sheds light on the development of new strategies for hotel managers and is a valuable reference for academics and industry professionals.
