The event was started by Chef Umut Eyioğlu giving general information about the Rasyonel company in the course organized by Lecturer Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu. At the same time, our first-year student Mr. Eyioğlu gave detailed information about the Rasyonel oven in the Gastronorm kitchen. After the explanation of steam cooking, frying modes, grill method, semi-steam and dry heat bread baking modes in the oven, the recipe applications in the oven were passed on. After the tasting of the recipes checked by Lecturer Erkan Kıyıcıoğlu, the participant was thanked and presented with a plaque.
