A training called “Boutique Pastry-Sugar Dough Coating” was held within the scope of GSY425 Pastry Techniques course. In the course event organized by Lecturer Murat Mutlu Tokay, Chef Zeynep Alkan started the training with general information about boutique pastry. After the transfer of mice en place and the distribution of recipes, the students, who were distributed to the stations, produced sugar paste coated cakes with group work. The event, which attracted great attention, was thanked and a plaque was presented to the participating chef.
