On 14.01.2025, a comprehensive information about the wide and dynamic structure of the field of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts was presented to the students. The education program, academic perspectives and career opportunities offered by Istanbul Gelisim University Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department were explained in detail. Students had the opportunity to directly ask their questions about culinary arts, food and beverage management and the department.
