Çakmak, who has been working as an research assistanr in our department since 2020, defended his thesis titled “The Relationship Between Purpose of Participation in Gastronomy Festivals, Motivation and Satisfaction” during his doctoral studies at Sakarya University of Applied Sciences, Graduate Education Institute, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts in 2018 and received his doctorate degree. We congratulate Çakmak on his appointment as an Assistant Professor to our department’s academic staff and wish him continued success.
