Cookies prepared by Didar Başgöze, Kitchen Technician at the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department of the Faculty of Applied Sciences at Istanbul Gelişim University, were served as refreshments at the Organ Donation Awareness Symposium held at the J Block Mehmet Akif Ersoy Conference Hall on December 20, 2023.
