In the first week of the new academic year, orientation training was organized by the head of the department to facilitate the adaptation of students who have just started their university life. After explaining the course attendance conditions, exams and the rules to be followed in the kitchens, which are the application areas, to the students, the academic staff of the department briefly introduced themselves. After the meeting, students elected their class representatives by voting.
After the orientation training, we, as the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, welcome our first-year students and wish them success in their educational lives.
