Res. Asst. Gizem Hülağa Kaderoğlu participated in the Erasmus+ staff training mobility. Our academic staff, who carried out the mobility at the University of Valencia (Universidad de Valencia) between 22-26 May 2023, visited the university campus, library, and laboratories, accompanied by the head of the department, and had an idea about the theoretical and application areas. Giving general information about the university and the department, the head of the department, Prof. Relevant department laboratories, and their equipment were introduced to him by Jordi MAÑES I VINUESA. After the introduction, graduate, doctoral, and Postdoc students working in the laboratory shared their studies and interests one by one. Res. Asst. Gizem Hülağa Kaderoğlu explained her role, department, field of study, and thesis topic in detail to the students and academic staff of the department. Afterward, a question-and-answer session was held between the academic staff interested in the curricula of the departments and the practices they carried out. Res. Asst. Gizem Hülağa Kaderoğlu had the opportunity to get to know the culinary culture of Valencia and compare it with our own culture, apart from scientific activities, thanks to her mobility.
