 Pasta Workshop Was Held


A Pasta Workshop was organized by our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Turkish and English departments within the scope of the Winter Academy.


The aim of the training is to enable the participants to learn all the stages, techniques and use of kitchen equipment in the transformation of flour, which is one of the basic foodstuffs, into an exemplary meal through practice.
 
In addition, the history of pasta, pasta dough making, dough cutting and shaping processes, and pasta cooking and presentation techniques were covered within the scope of the workshop.
