Visit from Malaysian Academics to the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts

Within the scope of the visit for possible collaborations within the scope of the Erasmus+ program, guest academicians also visited the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts kitchen. At the end of the lesson, refreshments were given to the guests who attended the lesson and made observations accompanied by the faculty members of the department.
