We participated in Culinary Form 2023 held in Antalya on December 4-5 as Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (Turkish) students.
As IGU UBF and GSF Gastronomy and Culinary Arts departments, our Departmental Vice Chair Asst. Prof. Muzaffer Çakmak, Lecturer İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak and Lecturer Kemal Şahanlık attended the event with our students. Our department students actively participated in the event and had the opportunity to meet and exchange ideas with valuable chefs and academicians in the sector. They also met with students from many universities in Turkey who participated in the Forum and had the opportunity to discuss the sector.
