Istanbul Gelisim University students came together with important names in the sector at the GastroAntep Culture Road Festival organized on September 15, 2024 in cooperation with the Ministry of Culture and Tourism and Gaziantep Metropolitan Municipality.
The University Competition competition, which has an important place in the field of gastronomy, was organized within the scope of this event organized every year by Sözen Organization. Kerem Günay, a student of UBF Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department, was among the students prepared for the festival competition by Lecturer İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak. The students, who received great appreciation from the jury members, once again demonstrated the quality of gastronomy education at İGU and the talents of their students. As a result of the University Competition competition, İGU students, who competed with great dedication and discipline, won the second place award.
