Our student Ahsen Sude Sadıklar won first place in the Gürkan Şef ile Hizmetimiz Mangal competition, which was broadcast on Blu TV and whose final was held on May 13, 2024, with the final menu of “Dallas steak with 5 cheese sauce”, “vegetable stuffed tenderloin”, “porterhouse steak with pepper steak sauce”, “baked potatoes with cheddar pesto sauce” and “grilled halloumi salad with avocado”. We congratulate our student, who will start working as an executive chef at Gürkan Şef Akademi as a result of her success in the competition, and wish her continued success!
