Every Friday during Ramadan, soup was served to our students, instructors and all staff from Block B and Block G Gastronomy Kitchens. Both evening students and faculty members showed great interest in the nutritious and delicious soups prepared and distributed with great dedication by our Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department chefs and expressed their satisfaction.
The Head of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department thanked the department chefs and students who contributed to these important events and volunteered, as well as the Head of the Board of Trustees, Mr. Abdulkadir Gayretli, for his support, on behalf of all students and staff, especially the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.
