The event was held with the participation of IGU Board of Trustees Chairman Abdülkadir Gayretli,
Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin and Secretary General
Assoc. Prof. Serdar Egeli. The menu included pilaf, kebab varieties, Turkish soups and salads reflecting the flavors of traditional Turkish cuisine. IGU Faculty of Applied Sciences (FAS) and Faculty of Fine Arts (FFA) Gastronomy Department 3rd year students prepared the meal as a team of 8 under the coordination of Istanbul Gelişim Vocational School Cooking Department
