Our Academic Staff Participated in Erasmus+ Staff Mobility

Istanbul Gelisim University, Faculty of Applied Sciences, Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, Res. Asst. Gizem Hülağa Kaderoğlu participated in the Erasmus+ staff training mobility. Ms. Hülağa Kaderoğlu, who carried out the mobility at the University of Valencia (Universidad de Valencia) between October 23-27, 2023, visited the university campus, library, and laboratories accompanied by the dean of the faculty and got an idea about theoretical and applied areas. The dean of the faculty, Prof. Emilia Ferrer Garcia, provided general information about the university and the department, and comprehensively conveyed the relevant faculty and department facilities and department curriculum. Ideas were exchanged on what to do to increase the willingness for student exchange mobility between the two universities in the coming years. It was decided to organize an online meeting at a later date to address the questions of the relevant students. In addition, Ms. Thanks to the mobility he carried out, Kaderoğlu, in addition to his scientific activities, also had the opportunity to get to know the culinary culture of Valencia and compare it with our own culture.
