The "Pasta Workshop" organized as part of the high school winter academy provided students with the opportunity to learn detailed information about the intricacies of pasta making!
The workshop was conducted by Lecturer Kemal Şahanlık. The "Pasta Workshop" training provided students with the opportunity to develop their skills in the kitchen and learn new things in a fun environment. In the workshop, students were first informed about pasta types and production techniques. Then, students received practical training in the stages of opening, shaping and serving pasta with sauces.
