Our department students served Turkish Cuisine specialties prepared for the 100th year of our Republic.
"Turkish Cuisine 100th Year Event" was organized within the scope of GSY321 Turkish Cuisine Applications course. In the course event organized by Lecturer İbrahim Levent Demirçakmak, recipes specific to our cuisine prepared by the students were presented after the banquet preparation. Our Rector Prof. Bahri Şahin, Vice Rector Prof. Necmettin Maraşlı and Dean of our Faculty Prof. Kamil Kaya and our assistant dean lecturers also attended our event and tasted dishes specific to our Turkish Cuisine.
