The 10th International Gastromasa Gastronomy Conference, where world-renowned gastronomy professionals gathered in Türkiye, was held at the Haliç Congress Centre on 6-7 November 2025. This year, the event brought together 20 leading names in world gastronomy.
Our students attended the conference under the leadership of department lecturer Dr Elif Cemre Özaydın. The theme of this year's conference was ‘Design’. Students had the opportunity to closely observe the techniques of chefs who stand out on the international gastronomy scene with their innovative approaches, watch live workshops conducted by chefs using products selected from their own restaurants, and participate in tasting experiences. The event enabled students to bridge the gap between world gastronomy and Turkish culinary culture and broaden their sectoral vision.
