Research Assistant Dr Gizem Hülağa Kaderoğlu has been appointed as a Lecturer in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts (English).
Dr. Gizem Hülağa Kaderoğlu, who has been a Research Assistant in the Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts since 2017, completed her doctoral studies at the Gastronomy Department of the Graduate School of Istanbul Gelisim University in 2020, defending her thesis titled ‘Evaluation of the Functional Properties of Aquafaba Produced from Black Legumes from a Gastronomic Perspective: Plant-Based Cream Production’ and earning her doctorate.
