 Sushi Workshop for Gökkuşağı College Students


A Sushi Workshop was Held for High School Students from the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department.


As part of the event organized by the Public Relations and Promotion Directorate, Gökkuşağı College high school students were hosted at the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts Department on April 25, 2024. This event was held in the form of a Sushi workshop organized to introduce the departments and university to students interested in gastronomy and to enrich their food experiences. During the event, students learned how to make Sushi accompanied by Gastronorm Kitchen Technician Chef Didar Başgöze and discovered the subtleties of Japanese cuisine. In addition to sushi making, information was also provided about Japanese culture and food culture. Throughout the event, student participation was encouraged and an interactive environment was provided, allowing students to both have fun and learn.
