Chef Aslıhan METE, a 2018 graduate of the Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Gastronomy and Culinary Arts, attended the "GSY324 Sauces and Soups" course as a visiting lecturer. Chef Mete, who attended the lecture as the guest of the lecturer Chef Mustafa AKCA and under his supervision, shared his personal experiences with our students while completing the course in accordance with the weekly content.
